Shipping to Alaska (AK)  and Hawaii (HI)

When you order from PupSup, we pay a portion of the shipping that is equal to the shipping cost to our farthest shipping point in the contiguous 48 states.  So, we end up paying a good portion of the shipping.

Unless otherwise specified, packages shipping to AK or HI will ship via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).

Ask to have your product packaged in lighter weight foil and shipped in a U.S. Postal Service flat rate shipping box and your shipping may be free or very close to it!  Our foil pouches will accommodate up to 10 lbs. and should easily fit in the USPS flat rate containers!  This is a very cost effective way to ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

The postal service takes a bit longer and we cannot offer tracking service on products shipped via the postal service--but it's the most inexpensive method of shipment to AK or HI.

Shipping to Canada

When those of you residing in Canada order from PupSup, we pay a portion of the shipping that is equal to the shipping cost to our farthest shipping point in the continuous 48 states--just as we do for our clients in Hawaii or Alaska.  So, we end up paying a good portion of the shipping.

Unless otherwise specified, packages shipping to Canada will ship via the U.S./Canadian postal services.
